Recebemos a sua avaliação do nosso produto e loja e antes de mais, lamentamos toda a situação com a sua encomenda.
Estivemos a analisar o histórico da sua encomenda e verificámos que a mesma foi expedida por nós no dia 28/05.
De acordo com a informação disponibilizada pela transportadora, foi efetuada uma tentativa de entrega sem sucesso no dia 29/06, tendo a encomenda sido posteriormente encaminhada para um ponto de recolha. Normalmente, nestas situações, a transportadora envia uma notificação com a indicação do local onde a encomenda pode ser levantada.
Relativamente ao seu contacto, recebemos o seu email num sábado e respondemos na manhã de segunda feira seguinte. No entanto, o endereço de email utilizado no contacto não correspondia ao email associado à encomenda, pelo que não nos foi possível identificar imediatamente qual o pedido em questão. Por esse motivo solicitámos informações adicionais para conseguirmos localizar a encomenda e verificar o sucedido mas também não obtivemos a sua resposta.
Entretanto, verificámos que a encomenda acabou por não ser levantada no ponto de recolha e foi devolvida ao remetente. Recebemos a devolução na quarta-feira ao final do dia.
