Before the first coffee
Can I personalise it with a name, phrase or photo?
Options vary by design. On each product page you’ll find the available fields and instructions for sending your personalisation details.
What is the difference between a mug and a cup?
Pieces vary in shape, capacity and material. Check the product description to confirm the size and whether it includes a saucer, spoon or other accessories.
Are they dishwasher- or microwave-safe?
Care depends on the material and personalisation method. Follow the instructions for your specific piece; if they are unclear, check with Cutxi before using a dishwasher or microwave.
How long will it take to arrive?
Check the preparation time shown on the product page and add shipping time. If you need it for a specific date, contact us before placing your order.
