Before personalising your piece
How do I choose the size?
Measure the height and width of a garment that already fits well and compare it with the size chart for the product you choose. Measurements and fit can vary between designs, so do not assume the same size will work for every piece.
Can you turn a photo into an illustration?
The Line-Art Portrait designs in this selection are created from a photo and can include up to four graphic elements. Choose a clear image and check the available print-position options on the product page.
How do I send the photo?
For Line-Art Portrait designs, upload the image in the field provided. If you cannot, email it to geral@cutxicutxi.com with your order number. Choose the final photo carefully: a later change may incur a fee, depending on the product terms.
Can every piece have a custom phrase?
No. Some designs use fixed phrases, some use names and others use illustrations. Check the product personalisation fields. If you have a different idea, contact us before ordering.
Is the price for one piece or a set?
It depends on the option selected. A photo with several people does not mean the price includes a piece for each person. Check the format, quantity and price shown on the product page.
Are there T-shirts, sweatshirts and bodysuits?
Yes. The selection includes different formats. Some products let you choose more than one; others are only available as the item named in the title. Check the format, colour and size on the product page.
How should I care for the personalisation?
Follow the care label and washing instructions for the product you choose. If you are unsure about the print, ask us about the correct care for the piece.
When should I order if it is a gift?
Check the preparation time for the product and allow for shipping too. If you need it for a date coming up soon, check delivery feasibility with us before completing your order.
