Base price for up to 10 participants · Equivalent to €30 per person for a group of 10
The minimum party price is €300, even for groups of fewer than 10 participants. Larger groups are available on request.
The booking is confirmed once the date is agreed and a 50% deposit is paid.
And then… birthday cake!
There’s time for cake.
The family may bring the cake and snacks for the final part of the party. We prepare the space for the celebration.
If you prefer a prepared snack, ask us about the available options.
Questions from the organiser
How many guests can take part?
Up to 10 participants.
If the group is larger, we’ll review it case by case to make sure the experience still works well.
Is the experience suitable for this age group?
Yes. The format was designed specifically for young people aged 10 to 15, balancing independence, creativity and structure.
Is candle making safe?
Yes. The activity is fully supervised and adapted to the age group. We use suitable materials and supervise the whole process.
Can parents stay?
The birthday teen’s parents are welcome to stay for the beginning and the final celebration.
The activity itself is for the participants only, helping the group stay focused and independent.
Other parents drop guests off at the agreed time and return at the end.
What do we need to bring?
Nothing but a good mood.
If there is cake or a snack, the family brings it and we prepare the space for the final celebration.
How long does it last?
2 hours of workshop + 30 minutes for cake and celebration.
How does booking work?
The date is confirmed once 50% of the total price has been paid.
Does the price depend on the number of guests?
The minimum price is based on 10 participants.
Even for a smaller group, the base price remains the same because the space and team are reserved exclusively for your party.
Booking & cancellation policy
The booking is confirmed with payment of 50% of the total price, due up to 8 days before the event.
The remaining balance must be paid by the day before the party.
In the event of cancellation:
Up to 3 days before the event: any amount already paid is non-refundable.
Cancellations with less than 3 days’ notice require payment of the full agreed amount.
