Before preparing your invitations
What information should I prepare?
For celebration invitations, prepare the name, date, time, ceremony and reception venues, and RSVP contact details. Check the spelling and all details before submitting.
Do the invitations include an envelope?
Monograma includes a square envelope with cord and an initial; Elegance includes a square envelope. The Folhas design lists sisal cord. Check each product page to see what is included, as presentation varies between designs.
Will I receive a proof to approve?
The Elegance and Suavidade designs specify that a proof is sent by email before printing. For other items, check the information for your chosen design or confirm with us.
How does the personalised scratch card work?
Choose your design and complete the available personalisation fields, distinguishing the visible message from the hidden surprise. Some designs let you choose whether the scratch-off area is supplied attached or unattached. Check the options on the product page.
Can I use a photo on the scratch card?
Yes, the Photo Scratch Card Invitation lets you choose the hidden image and a short phrase below it. If you cannot upload the image, the product page explains that you can email it with your order number.
Can the boxes be used to ask someone to be a godparent?
Yes. The ceramic dove with a box lets you personalise the recipient's name and the invitation on the card inside. The scented box allows an invitation or thank-you message. Always check the personalisation fields for your chosen item.
Is there a minimum quantity or a fixed turnaround time?
Quantities and turnaround times depend on the design. Check your selected option and allow time for personalisation, any approval and delivery. If your date is approaching, contact us before ordering.
