Delivery & collection
First we prepare your gift; then shipping begins. Here you’ll find the practical information for each stage.
Shipping cost
The cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Standard shipping to mainland Portugal is free from €70 in products after discounts. Other destinations and services have their own terms.
Shipping
For mainland Portugal, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. For other destinations, check the shipping terms. Shipping time is additional to production time.
Track your delivery
When tracking is available, you’ll receive the tracking code after dispatch. If you chose a collection point, please respect the collection deadline given by the carrier.
Collect from the atelier
Free of charge when available at checkout or agreed in advance. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready and arrange collection with us.
