We personalise your piece in our atelier in Portugal. When the product includes a proof, we send it for approval.

Complete the personalisation fields on the product page. If a photo is requested, follow the instructions for that piece. If you have trouble sending files, contact the atelier with your order number.
When will I receive my order?
Timing depends on the item and personalisation. Check the production time on the product page and allow additional time for shipping. If no time is shown or you need a specific date, confirm with the atelier before ordering.

You can also give time to create.
Workshops to try a technique, make something with your own hands and spend a few hours doing something different. Come on your own, with friends or book a private group experience.
