How do I choose the quantity?
Count the people or families you would like to give a favour to and consider a separate option for children. Items may be sold individually or in packs; check the quantity included in your chosen option.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Options vary between items. Check the quantities available on the design's page. If you need a different quantity, contact us before ordering.
Is the price per item or per pack?
Check the selected option on the product page. The price may be for one item or a pack; products with several options show a starting price labelled “From”. Some designs, such as plaster devotional keepsakes, have different unit prices depending on quantity.
Can I personalise with a name and date?
Many designs allow a name, date, prayer or illustration. Options depend on the item. For mini rosaries in tins and jars, the presentation is personalised; the crosses are not personalised.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Some designs include a proof for approval, such as plaster devotional keepsakes, prayer cards, wooden bookmarks and mini rosaries in tins or jars. Check the product details and keep an eye on your email.
Are the favours individually wrapped?
It depends on the design. Plaster devotional keepsakes include an organza bag and tag; wooden devotional bookmarks do not include individual wrapping or a pouch. Check what is included in your chosen favour.
How far in advance should I order?
Check the time listed for the item and allow for quantity, personalisation approval and delivery. If the christening is approaching, check delivery feasibility with us before completing your order.
