Delivery Policy – Cutxi Cutxi

Cutxi Cutxi offers several shipping options, with or without an associated cost, depending on the value, weight and destination of the order.

🛒 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when the order is completed, based on the following criteria:

  • Destination region;
  • Weight and/or value of the order;
  • Shipping method selected;
  • Any Value Added Services (VAS), such as express shipping or scheduled delivery.


🧺 Collection in Store

If the customer chooses the “Collection in store” method, no shipping costs will be charged. This option is available only by prior appointment and confirmation by email.


🚚 Shipping with a Carrier

Orders delivered to your home are dispatched through partner carriers, such as:

  • Batch/CTT Expresso
  • DPD
  • MRW

The customer will receive an email confirming dispatch along with the tracking code to follow the delivery.


⏱️ Dispatch and Delivery Times

  • Products in stock: sent on average within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Personalised or made-to-order products: the dispatch time may vary between 5 and 20 working days, depending on the complexity of the personalisation or the availability of materials. This information is indicated on the product page.

The delivery time after dispatch depends on the shipping method selected and the destination region. The dates shown are estimates and may change for reasons beyond Cutxi Cutxi's control, namely logistical delays on the carrier's side.


🌍 International Shipping (outside the European Union)

Cutxi Cutxi ships to countries outside the European Union, subject to prior confirmation of availability and calculation of shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs will be shown before the purchase is completed, or sent by email for destinations not covered in the online shop.
  • The customer is responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes applicable in the destination country. Cutxi Cutxi has no control over these amounts and cannot take on any additional charges after dispatch.


📦 Dispatch of the Order

Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation. The dispatch date depends on the type of product and the shipping method chosen.

An email with the tracking number will be sent as soon as the order is handed over to the carrier.
