Cutxi Relax Lavender Cushion
A little moment of rest for your neck, shoulders and lower back.
The Cutxi Relax Lavender Cushion is a handmade thermal cushion with a long, narrow shape designed to sit comfortably around the neck, shoulders and lower back. Measuring approximately 44 × 12 cm, it brings gentle thermal comfort to moments of rest.
It can be used warm or cold. Its filling of rice and dried lavender flowers combines the rice's ability to retain temperature with the soft, natural scent of lavender. Handmade at our studio in Portugal, it is a thoughtful wellbeing gift or an everyday self-care accessory.
Why is it long and narrow?
Unlike the compact Cutxi Original Cushion, the Relax model is shaped for the neck, shoulders and lower back. It can also rest on your lap to warm your hands.
How to use warm
- Place the cushion on a microwave-safe plate.
- Heat gradually in short intervals.
- Always check the temperature before use.
- If more warmth is needed, heat for another short interval and check again.
- Use a layer of fabric between the cushion and your skin whenever needed.
Important: heating time depends on the weight of the filling and the microwave's power. Never leave the cushion unattended while heating.
How to use cold
- Place the cushion inside a clean, tightly sealed bag.
- Put it in the freezer for around 1–2 hours.
- Remove it and check the temperature before use.
- Apply to the desired area, using a layer of fabric between the cushion and your skin whenever needed.
Care
- Do not immerse or wash the filling in water.
- The outer cotton cover can be removed and washed separately.
- Do not use in a conventional oven.
- Do not heat if damp.
- Always check the temperature before use.
- Never leave unattended while heating.
- Keep out of children's reach unless supervised by an adult.
