Seed and lavender cushion
The Lavender and Seed Cushions are filled with seeds that are small and circular in shape, which makes them very comfortable and means they mould perfectly to the shape of the body. Inside the bag there is also lavender, which makes them more pleasant and relaxing. They are used to provide dry heat to any part of the body. A completely natural treatment, with no side effects.
Recommended for period pain, muscle pain, neck pain, lower back pain, infant colic, etc.
The cushion is made up of a white base (the cushion) and a coloured cotton fabric cover (envelope style).
How do the seeds work?
How it works is simple, it is quite simply dry heat, with a relaxing lavender scent.
Follow these simple steps to soothe your baby's colic, cramps, muscle or neck pain, or just to relax.

ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE. Always adjust the temperature. It can be used either cold, after leaving it in the fridge for a while, or with dry heat, warming it in the microwave for a few minutes. Check the temperature before placing it on the sore area.

PLACE ON THE SORE AREA. Place it on the painful area and hold it in place. Put it in a position that is comfortable and keep it there until it loses its warmth.

REST. A good time to use it can also be during relaxing moments. Take the chance to use it when you're resting on the sofa or in bed.
What is it for?
Suitable for soothing muscle pain, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, infant colic, lower back pain, period pain, among others. A calming action thanks to the dry heat the seeds give off after warming in the microwave.
Thanks to the warmth, the dried flowers inside give off a lovely lavender scent. Their relaxing properties will help your baby settle and drift off to sleep more easily.

How to use it?
Warm the bag in the microwave on a plate for 2 minutes. If it needs longer, put the bag back in for 30-second bursts. It's advisable to put a glass of water in the microwave along with the bag, or to spray it with a few drops of water before heating.
Check the temperature and let it rest for a few minutes if it is too hot. We recommend care when handling the bag and the glass of water (if you go for that option) to avoid burns.
Once it has reached the temperature you want, you can place the bag on your baby's tummy. It is recommended that you do not place it in direct contact with the skin.
For cold use, put the seed bag in the freezer for at least 2h, inside an airtight bag or an ordinary plastic bag tied in a knot. Then place it on the affected area.
How to wash it?
The cover can be removed for washing. The seed bags must be dry-cleaned; they cannot be soaked or heavily wetted. They can be cleaned with dry-cleaning products (usually in aerosol form). Once sprayed with the cleaning product, rub gently into the fabric to clean it.
