HOW TO USE – WARM MODE

1. Place the cushion on a microwave-safe plate

2. Heat for 30 seconds

3. If needed, heat again in 20–30 second intervals

4. Always check the temperature before use

5. Apply to the desired area, with a cloth between the cushion and your skin

The warmth gives a relaxing, comforting feeling.

HOW TO USE – COLD MODE

1. Place the cushion inside a well-sealed bag

2. Put it in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours

3. Take it out and apply to the desired area, always with a protective cloth

The cold gives a refreshing, soothing feeling.

• Do not wash in water

• Do not heat in a conventional oven

• Do not use if it is damp

• Do not leave unattended while heating

• Do not place directly on the skin
