As this is entirely handmade work, done by hand, production can take up to 20 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We recommend you place your order well in advance.
Personalisation, exchanges and returns.
Each piece is made to your specifications, so personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days, in their original packaging and without signs of use.
